PioneerMart operates independently as a distributor and promoter of Schneider Electric products in the UK market, with products sourced through an authorized partner.

2. Sales Process & Customer Communication

  • All sales are conducted based on customer inquiry and an official quotation (Quotation) issued by PioneerMart.
  • Product specifications, quantities, commercial terms, and pricing are determined exclusively according to the approved quotation.
  • Following mutual agreement, a formal invoice (Invoice) is issued and serves as the contractual basis for the order.

3. Pricing Policy

  • All prices are defined solely through official quotations provided to the customer.
  • Prices confirmed in the issued invoice are binding for both parties.
  • Prices may be influenced by exchange rates, supplier costs, taxes, and market conditions; however, once an invoice is issued and accepted, the invoiced price remains valid.

4. Order Acceptance & Delivery Schedule

  • Orders are finalized only after invoice approval and receipt of the agreed payment.
  • Delivery timeframes are clearly stated in the invoice and agreed upon by both parties.
  • Products are supplied strictly in accordance with the specifications stated in the invoice.
  • Any modification to the order terms must be agreed in writing by both parties.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Products are shipped according to the terms stated in the invoice and via reliable logistics providers.
  • Customers are responsible for inspecting the goods upon delivery and must notify PioneerMart promptly in case of any discrepancy or damage.

6. Order Discrepancies & Responsibility

  • Any discrepancy, inconsistency, or dispute related to an order (including specifications, quantity, or agreed conditions) will be reviewed by PioneerMart, and the company accepts responsibility for managing and resolving the issue.
  • Resolution of disputes is based on official documentation including the quotation, invoice, and delivery records.
  • PioneerMart commits to professionally following up such matters through official supplier and service channels.

7. Warranty & After-Sales Support

  • All Schneider Electric products are supplied with the official manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer.
  • Warranty claims are subject to technical inspection and approval through authorized service procedures.

8. Payment Terms

  • Payments are accepted through agreed methods including bank transfer or approved electronic payment systems.
  • Payment terms are strictly governed by the conditions stated in the issued invoice.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • PioneerMart complies with UK data protection laws and GDPR regulations.
  • Customer data is used solely for order processing, customer support, and legal compliance purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • PioneerMart’s liability is limited to fulfilling the obligations explicitly stated in the approved quotation and invoice.
  • The company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages beyond the agreed contractual scope.

Governing Law

These terms and policies are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
